Independent Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities in Worthington / Columbus, Ohio

Resonance Columbus is growing, and we’re looking for affirming, passionate mental health clinicians to grow with us.Resonance Columbus is an inclusive mental health therapy practice located in  Worthington serving clients in Central Ohio, and residents of Ohio through virtual services. We provide affirming therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals, military service members and Veterans, trauma survivors, and people navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.

As our practice continues to expand, we are seeking independently licensed therapists to join our team in full-time and part-time roles. We are especially excited to connect with clinicians who are passionate about serving the LGBTQ+ community and who also bring subspecialties, advanced training, or strong clinical interests that can deepen the care we offer our clients.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from independently licensed clinicians including:

· LISW-S

· LISW

· LPCC-S

· LPCC

· IMFT

· Licensed Psychologists (PhD / PsyD)

Ideal candidates will:

· Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and professionalism

· Be committed to providing affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care

· Value collaboration, consultation, and continued professional growth

· Be comfortable working with diverse client populations

· Have experience, training, or a strong clinical interest in serving LGBTQ+ clients, military members and Veterans (Required)

· Have experience, training or a strong clinical interest in trauma survivors, couples, families, or neurodivergent clients

We are especially interested in clinicians who are passionate about LGBTQ+ mental health and also bring one or more clinical specialties or areas of focus, such as:

· Trauma and PTSD

· Religious trauma or spiritual abuse

· Gender identity exploration and gender-affirming care

· Couples therapy, family therapy, or relationship work (including poly-affirming work)

· Autism / ADHD / neurodivergence-affirming care

· Substance use and dual diagnosis

· Military, Veteran, and first responder mental health

· Grief and loss

· Anxiety, OCD, or depression treatment

· Sexual health, intimacy, and identity-related concerns

What We Offer

Flexible Scheduling

We offer full-time and part-time therapist positions with flexibility to support your life outside of work. Depending on the role, scheduling options may include daytime, evening, or weekend availability.

Administrative Support

We handle many of the administrative responsibilities that can pull clinicians away from client care. Our team provides support with core practice operations so you can spend more of your energy doing meaningful clinical work. Because we value making therapy accessible, we accept insurance and provide administrative support to reduce the burden that often comes with insurance-based practice.

Established Referral Sources

Resonance Columbus has developed strong referral relationships across the Columbus mental health community. We also invest in ongoing marketing and community presence to help clinicians build and sustain a healthy caseload.

Collaborative Practice Environment

We value consultation, mutual support, and ongoing learning. While clinicians maintain autonomy in their work, they also have opportunities for collaboration with colleagues who care deeply about high-quality, affirming mental health treatment.

Competitive Compensation

Full-Time Clinician

· W-2 full-time position

· Base salary plus productivity incentives

· Compensation based on experience, licensure, and clinical productivity

· Office space, referral stream, administrative support, EHR access, and CE support provided

Part-Time Clinician

· Fee-for-service / per-session compensation

· Rate based on licensure and experience

· Office space, referral stream, administrative support, EHR access, and CE support provided

Compensation is based on licensure level, experience, and productivity. Our goal is to help clinicians build sustainable, fulfilling practices within a supportive team environment.
